Today I made this casserole:
2 lbs of tater tots
1 lb of cheese
1 can of cream of chicken soup
1/2 stick (4 tbsp) butter
set aside 1 lb of tater tots and 1/2 the cheese. melt the butter, and then mix with 1/2 the cheese, the soup, and 1 lb of tater tots. dump into a 9x13 pan. now put the rest of the tater tots on top, and put the cheese on top of the tater tots. bake in a 350F oven for 45 minutes. Eat with eggs over medium on top and hot sauce (or whatever, I don't know your life).
